The registration fees include:
Workshop: Workshop attendance and script, Lunch (Sunday), Coffee station always available
Conference: Icebreaker (Saturday), Lecture sessions, Light lunch (Monday), 4 Coffee breaks (Sunday afternoon, Monday both morning and afternoon and Tuesday morning), Coffee station always available, poster exhibition, one hard copy of the proceedings, WiFi-Access
Dinner and transfers must be booked additionally.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellations made before March 31st 2012: 100% refund
- For cancellations made after March 31st 2012: 0% refund

Registration wihtout tax is available for registrants with an invoice adress outside of Italy who have a valid VAT Code.

Eligibility (membership status, tax# etc.) of Your choice of fee will be checked if You do not fulfil the requirements the registration will be cancelled.
